Barnabas Health Lighten Up 4 Life Challenge is a community-wide weight loss challenge that’s FREE to join! This program provides you resources such as; healthy recipes, cooking and exercise videos and loads of local events to help you lose weight.

 
 

With Lighten Up 4 Life, you weigh-in weekly on Monday and you must submit your weight at the end of every month.
