  How to Submit Your Weight  

Weekly Weigh-ins: Submit your weight every Monday. To be eligible for prizes you need to submit your weight at least once a month by the end of the month.

Each person is responsible for submitting their own weight (One team member can submit weights for each team member)

Remember to weigh yourself on the same scale every month to insure consistent weighing throughout the competition
