Option 1 Quarterly Health Challenges

Fitness for All
January – March 2012
Track your activity minutes. 
Whether you’re taking the stairs or training for a marathon, track all the activity that gets you moving.

Live Healthfully (balance life with rest and relaxation)
April – June 2012 
Track activities that recharge your batteries. 
Whether it’s mediating, reading a good book or spending quality time with friends and family, all these activities help us to live healthfully.

Happy Harvest
July – September 2012 
Track the fresh fruits and veggies you eat. 
Enjoy the season of harvest and increase your fruits and vegetables to five a day. 

Maintain Don’t Gain
October – December 2012  
Track your weight. 
The holidays are the trickiest time to maintain a healthy weight. Combine all the healthy habits you’ve built throughout the year to keep your body weight from fluctuating.   

Throughout the Quarterly Health Challenges you can track your weight.

Option 2 Activity Tracker

For those of you who are looking to simply track your exercise or activity minutes, we’ve set up a quick and simple way for you to do so throughout the year.

The Activity Tracker also lets you track your weight throughout the year.
