Community Health Challenge
In celebration of our remarkable 150 year history, we invite you to join us for a community-wide health challenge.

Here’s how it works.
Choose a health-related goal that is important to you. This goal should be a realistic reminder to live healthier each day. For example, do you want to lower your cholesterol? Your goal could be the total points you want to shave off your HDL level. Do you want to eat healthier? Your goal could be to add more vegetable servings into your daily diet.

Once you’ve chosen a goal that will assist you in affecting a healthy lifestyle change throughout the course of a year, assign that goal a number. Identifying your number is totally up to you. There’s no right or wrong way to do it, just make sure it makes sense to you. Your number will be a reminder to yourself of your goal throughout the year.
